Effective 4 September 2026
BVOM Strength is designed to collect only the information reasonably needed to provide accounts, cloud backup and restore, subscription access and support. This policy explains what information BVOM handles and why.
BVOM uses Stripe to process paid subscriptions. BVOM does not receive or store your full payment-card details. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy practices. BVOM receives the information needed to confirm and manage your subscription status.
BVOM is a local-first training app. Training information is stored on your device so the app can operate during a workout. When you use an account and cloud features, eligible data may also be stored in BVOM's cloud service so it can be backed up and restored across devices. An unfinished workout may remain local until it can be safely completed and synchronised.
BVOM uses information to operate the app, authenticate accounts, preserve and restore training data, provide subscription or complimentary access, process support or account requests, maintain security, diagnose faults and meet legal obligations.
BVOM does not use your training data for behavioural advertising. BVOM does not sell your personal information. If BVOM later introduces materially different analytics, advertising or data practices, this policy will be updated before those practices are relied on.
BVOM relies on third-party providers for services such as website/app hosting, authentication, cloud storage and payment processing. These providers may process information in countries outside Australia and apply their own security and privacy practices. Information is shared with them only as reasonably necessary to provide those services.
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect BVOM account and cloud data, including authenticated access and per-user data controls. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should also protect access to their email, device and BVOM account.
BVOM keeps account, training and subscription information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate records and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your BVOM account and associated cloud data using the contact details provided within the BVOM Strength app. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate transaction, security or dispute records.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your BVOM account, subject to applicable law. For support, privacy requests or account deletion, use the contact details provided within the BVOM Strength app.
This policy may be updated as BVOM develops or its legal and technical requirements change. The current version will be published on the BVOM Strength website with its effective date.
Nothing in this policy limits any privacy rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian law.
