Effective 4 September 2026
These Terms apply to your use of the BVOM Strength website and app. By creating an account or using BVOM, you agree to these Terms.
BVOM Strength is a strength-training application that provides training programs, progression guidance, workout recording, history and optional account-based cloud features. BVOM is a training tool, not a medical service or a substitute for professional medical advice.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for protecting access to your account, email and devices. You must not intentionally access another person's account or interfere with BVOM's security, payment or access-control systems.
Eligible users receive access to the full app for a 30-day trial. The trial begins when you start your training program, not merely when you create an account. No payment card is required to begin the trial.
After the free trial, continued training access is currently offered for A$16.50 per year. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to the transaction. A paid subscription renews annually unless cancelled before the next renewal. If you cancel, paid access ordinarily continues until the end of the period already paid for.
BVOM may change its subscription price in the future. Any change affecting a future purchase or renewal will be communicated or displayed as required before it applies.
BVOM may grant complimentary access to selected accounts. Complimentary access does not require a paid subscription and may be administered separately from ordinary subscription accounts.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. You can use the account/support options provided within the BVOM Strength app if you need assistance with billing or cancellation.
Except where required by law or otherwise expressly offered, payments for a subscription period are not automatically refundable simply because you stop using BVOM during that period. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Strength training involves physical exertion and carries a risk of injury. You are responsible for choosing exercises, loads and training decisions appropriate to your circumstances and for using suitable equipment and technique. Stop training and seek appropriate professional advice if you experience symptoms or have a health concern that makes exercise unsafe or uncertain for you.
BVOM's suggested weights, progressions, warm-ups and programs are general training guidance. They are not guarantees of results and are not personalised medical, physiotherapy or rehabilitation advice.
BVOM is designed to operate local-first. Training information may be stored on your device, and eligible information may be backed up to the cloud when you use account and cloud features. You remain responsible for maintaining reasonable access to your device and account. Cloud features are intended to improve backup and transfer, but no digital storage service can guarantee that data will never be lost or unavailable.
BVOM may be updated, maintained or changed over time. Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, internet connectivity, third-party services or technical faults. Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain the service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
You must not misuse BVOM, attempt unauthorised access to other users' information, deliberately interfere with the service, distribute malicious code through it, or use BVOM in a way that violates applicable law.
BVOM Strength, its software, branding, text and original content remain the property of their respective owner or licensors. These Terms give you permission to use the service for its intended personal use; they do not transfer ownership of the software or brand.
You may stop using BVOM at any time. You may request deletion of your BVOM account and associated cloud data using the contact details provided within the BVOM Strength app. Ending an account does not remove payment, transaction or other records that must reasonably be retained for legal, security or accounting purposes.
To the extent permitted by law, BVOM is not responsible for loss caused by misuse of the app, unsafe training decisions, loss of access outside BVOM's reasonable control, or third-party services outside BVOM's control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer guarantees, rights or remedies where doing so would be unlawful, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
These Terms may be updated as BVOM develops. The current version will be published on the BVOM Strength website with its effective date. Material changes will be handled as required by applicable law.
For support, billing questions, account deletion or other enquiries, use the contact details provided within the BVOM Strength app.
